■Overview of Processing Example Product Name: EPDM Unequal Hole Gasket / Dimensions: 0.5t × 60φ × 26φ (Bolt holes 6.6φ-4, 7φ-2, 5.1φ-2) / This processing example involves the production of an unequal hole gasket made from EPDM material. Due to the non-equidistant arrangement of the bolt holes, it was difficult to accommodate this specification with conventional mold processing; however, by adopting water jet processing, we achieved production without the need for molds. Even with complex hole arrangements, we ensure high positional accuracy and reproducibility, and we can accommodate small lot sizes. ■Product Features EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) is extremely excellent in weather resistance and ozone resistance, making it a rubber that is less prone to deterioration even when exposed to outdoor environments such as ultraviolet rays and rain. It is resistant to water and chemicals, but it is weak against mineral oils and cannot be used with them. Leveraging its high durability, it is widely used in construction waterproof sheets, window frames, and plumbing gaskets, among others.
